Lenaliheal 25 – Lenalidomide 25mg Capsule Description:

Lenaliheal 25 – Lenalidomide 25mg Capsule is an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) derived from thalidomide. It works by modifying the immune system, inhibiting cancer cell growth, reducing blood vessel formation in tumors, and enhancing the body’s ability to fight abnormal cells. It is commonly used in hematologic (blood-related) cancers.

Lenaliheal 25 – Lenalidomide 25mg Capsule is mainly prescribed for:

• Multiple Myeloma (often in combination with other medicines)
• Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), especially with deletion 5q
• Mantle Cell Lymphoma
• Follicular Lymphoma
• Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Side Effects:

 Common Side Effects:

• Fatigue or weakness
• Low blood counts (anemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia)
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Nausea
• Skin rash or itching
• Muscle cramps
• Dizziness or headache

Serious Side Effects :

• Severe low blood counts (increased risk of infection or bleeding)
• Blood clots (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism)
• Severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome – rare)
• Liver problems
• Allergic reactions
• Risk of birth defects (strict pregnancy prevention required)

Dosage:

 Dosage depends on the condition being treated, patient’s age, kidney function, and combination therapy.

• Common dosing: 10–25 mg once daily, taken orally
• Often given in cycles (e.g., 21 days on treatment, 7 days off in a 28-day cycle)
• Must be taken exactly as prescribed by an oncologist
