Dasib 50 – Dasatinib 50mg Tablet is a targeted anticancer medicine known as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). It works by blocking specific proteins (like BCR-ABL) that cause cancer cells—especially certain blood cancer cells—to grow uncontrollably.

• Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)
  • Chronic phase
  • Accelerated phase
  • Blast phase
• Philadelphia chromosome–positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL)

It is often prescribed when patients do not respond to or cannot tolerate imatinib.
