Pantoalert-D – Pantoprazole 40mg & Domepridone 10mg Tablet, is a combination medicine used to treat acid-related disorders and digestive problems.

• Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces excess stomach acid production.
• Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that enhances stomach and intestinal movement, helping prevent nausea and bloating.

This combination provides effective relief from acidity along with improved digestion.

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Acid reflux and heartburn
• Gastritis
• Indigestion (dyspepsia)
• Nausea and vomiting due to acidity
• Bloating and fullness

Dosage:
